Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through Happiminds Solutions (“Happiminds”, “we”, “our”, or “us”), including Discovery Assessments, MindFit Online Programs, and MindFit Offline Programs.

By enrolling in any paid Service, you agree to this Refund Policy.


1. Discovery Assessment Refund Policy

The Discovery Assessment is eligible for a refund under the following conditions:

  • – A refund request must be submitted within 7 calendar days from the date of purchase.
  • – The assessment must not have been fully completed and the personalized report must not have been generated or delivered.

Once the assessment report has been generated and shared, the service is considered fully delivered and no refund will be granted.


 

2. MindFit Online Program Refund Policy

The MindFit Online Program is eligible for a 100% refund within the first 7 calendar days from the date of activation.

To qualify:

  • – The refund request must be submitted within 7 calendar days of activation.
  • – The request must be sent in writing to support@happiminds.in.
  • – The refund request must include the registered email ID and child’s name.

After 7 calendar days from activation:

  • – No refunds will be issued.
  • – No partial refunds will be provided.
  • – No refunds will be issued for non-usage, lack of participation, or change of mind.

The 7-day period is strictly calculated from the date of program activation, not from the date of payment if activation occurs earlier.


 

3. MindFit Offline Program Refund Policy

MindFit Offline Programs delivered through certified Happiminds Partner Centers are eligible for a 100% refund within the first 7 calendar days from the date of enrollment or first session, whichever is earlier.

After 7 calendar days:

  • – No refunds will be issued.
  • – No partial refunds will be provided.
  • – Fees are non-transferable.

Refunds for Offline Programs are processed through Happiminds Solutions, subject to verification with the respective partner center.


 

4. How to Request a Refund

All refund requests must:

  • – Be submitted in writing via email to support@happiminds.in
  • – Be sent from the registered email ID
  • – Clearly mention: Parent name, Child name, Email Address, Phone Number,  Program enrolled and Date of enrollment

Refund requests made through phone calls, WhatsApp, or social media messages will not be considered valid.


 

5. Processing of Refunds

If approved:

  • – Refunds will be processed within 10–15 business days.
  • – Refunds will be credited to the original payment method only.
  • – Payment gateway or banking processing timelines may vary.

Happiminds reserves the right to deduct applicable payment gateway transaction charges if such charges are non-recoverable.


 

6. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be granted for:

  • – Failure to attend sessions
  • – Technical issues not reported within 48 hours
  • – Dissatisfaction after 7 days
  • – Parental decision change
  • – Relocation
  • – Misunderstanding of program scope after enrollment

Enrollment confirms that you have reviewed the program structure, duration, and scope.


 

7. Abuse Prevention

Happiminds reserves the right to deny refunds in cases of:

  • – Repeated enrollments followed by refund requests
  • – Misuse of the refund policy
  • – Fraudulent activity
  • – Violation of Terms of Use

We may suspend or restrict future access in such cases.


 

8. Exceptional Circumstances

Any refund outside the 7-day window shall be granted solely at the discretion of Happiminds and shall not create a precedent.


 

9. Policy Supremacy

This Refund Policy supersedes any verbal commitments or informal communication. Only the written policy published on our official website shall apply.
